A place that asks nothing of you.

My parents built this house with Luigi Snozzi in 1986. It sits among the vineyard terraces of Loco, high above the Isorno. Exposed concrete, glass, a pyramid roof.

Today, you can stay here. Some guests come for quiet days off.

Others spend two focused weeks working, far from the office. Still others hike by day and sit outside with a glass of wine in the evening. Most stay a week or longer.

You can only reach the house on foot. Around 350 metres of paved footpath lead down, with a few steps. The walk slows you down. Inside, it is bright and quiet. Outside, slopes, rocks and forests fall away deep into the valley.

The rooms are clear, the windows frame the view. And the landscape looks different every morning.
